graphics card flash gone wrong

I won't go in to big detail but basically I flashed my 4870 1gb with the bios of a totally different ATI graphics card, flashed slot 1 instead of slot 2, stupid I know. When I boot computer with the other graphics card WinFlash will no longer recognise my 4870 is in the motherboard.

I'm guessing this card is now dead, not a huge deal as I can pick one up for £50 but if anyone has any ideas on how I can fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

It should still be flashable I think if you use the force command, just make sure you don't flash the working adapter by mistake.

If you've got on board graphics, you could try this method. It's definitely possible to unbrick a graphics card
