Graphics card help!

hey everyone
i am hoping to purchase a new graphics card for my pc
the gigabyte gtx 660 OC 2gb to be exact
and from my findings i found out that this graphics card doesnt have a VGA output, but it DOES have a HDMI
but my monitor only supports VGA
my question is, will the setup work if i get a HDMI to VGA adapter?

What size monitor is it? I don't think modern digital signals supports VGA either but could be wrong.

Btw 7870 XT for £199 is going to be better

Every card I have purchased comes with a DVI to VGA adapter. If it doesn't, I will send you one for free

Dual-link DVI-I*1

DVI-I can output both digital and analogue signals, so all you need is a DVI to VGA adapter, which should come with the card.

to my disappointment, this card doesn't come with any adapters
