Hi guys so basically I have a ASU’s rtx 4090 and I originally had a 1000watt psu that went bang so I swapped it out for same psu but higher wattage 1200watt then one day I decided to clean my pc and upon just being curious and checking gpu 12vhwpr connected i noticed a bit of corrosion so I sent psu back to place of purchase and got a refund I’m now looking to get a new seasonic psu do use guys think I could have a fault with my gpu or what is the best to test my card with when I get new psu

Are you sure it's corrosion or could it be burn marks ?

Check your GPU power connector pins .

As for the GPU being faulty it's hard to say as there many cases of the connector/cable melting.
