If your running on that res monitor I would suggest a HD7850,if you plan to get a higher res monitor in the future( up to 1080 )that would still be good

i had to upgrade from a 450 because of the graphics card im running so i got a Power cool 80plus Mod eXtreme

budget on a graphics card is around £250 but maby push alittle more

I'd use some of that to get a decent PSU, the POwercool PSU are not good. Ther eare a lot of horror stories around of them blowing under load and taking the GPU, as well as other components with it or not providing enough juice under load...

They are not great.. A rule of PSU is normal the price should be around 10%-15% of the wattage so a decent 650W PSU should cost around £65-£90 (depending on rating and modular status).

I would never put a £100 (let alone a £250) GPU with a PSU like that one..
