overclokers have sent my R9290 asus graphics card of to the manufacturer 4 weeks ago im getting a bit annoyed i know its not overclockers what sort of time frame am i looking at i mean how long does it take to say its broken and give me a new one it only lasted 3 monthes from new

with most companies it should be a policy of 28 days (working) I believe, if no replacement in that time you can ask for a refund

If you contact them in the Customer Service section, you may also be given the choice of another card at the same value.

Do Asus actually bother to do anything with RMA's? Every RMA seems to go past 28 days, like they don't even care, meaning the retailer have to action on it...

Sorry to laugh, but Asus really are shocking, see it time and time again on all forums in the UK and USA, they are bad internationally, for a company the size of Asus they are absolutely dreadful.

As above just drop a note in the Customer Service section and the OC guys will sort it out as once you have past the 28 days they will either offer you a replacement or a refund, its the ONLY reason I buy from OCUK there Customer Service works.....

Just remember they have to operate within the rules as well so the 28 days thing will always be the back stop they always have to give the manufacture time to resolve the issue.
