Leave furmark alone, it is total garbage and not a realistic guide or tool for a GPU.

Try running 3dmark firestrike or Heaven 4 if you want to use a benchmark.

I suspect your problem could be your PSU but not using furmark should cure it.

hi
i have done clean installs of all drivers old or new still restarts pc in crossfire whilst gaming usually after an hour maybe 2/3 temps are no more than 50 on both cards all mb bios are upto date.
i have had power supply tested by my local pc retailer no error, do you think it may be possible that when power supply is fully under load its failing as this would not show up on a test.

hi im only using furmark to stress each card to isolate the restart problem

Good reply above.

Is it just Furmark that crashes? or are you experiencing crashes when playing your favourite games?

pc restarts in all my games i mainly play arma2 sniper elite v2 bf4 basically all games i have just run 3dmark 11 basic edition on secondary card

P13395 with AMD Radeon R9 290X(1x) and Intel Core i7-4930K

can we rule out mb error in this scenario as both cards pass stress tests on their own.

thanks for the help stulid although im still stuck in the same place,

i think im going to buy a new psu just to completely rule out any possible errors in the old 1.

my AX1200 has been used for 18 months solid 24/7 i never turn my pc off and its been on high overclocked pc with top end gpus.

maybe its struggling to reach my current requirements.

The older AX1200 is highly regarded as a quality PSU

The newer AX1200i is not so good.

If you have the older PSU the problem could be somewhere else in your system.

is there any power usage monitoring software i can run whilst using crossfire that will record logs so i can see the crash error effects to rule out power supply.
