Graphics card upgrade and PSU help?

Have a 8800GTX at the moment and want to buy a 580GTX, not sure if I will need to change the power supply as well, I have a Enermax 600W PSU, but I am not sure if it will have the correct connectors for a 580GTX, it has 2x 6pin connectors, will this be the same for the 580GTX, if not could I get a converter?

What is the amps output on the 12Rail of your PSU (It will say on the sticker). The minimum recommended amperage for the GTX 580 is 42Amps on the 12Volt rail, and the minimum wattage is 600W.
If the rest of your system is fairly beefy, then I would upgrade the PSU.

+12v total says 35A and +12V1 says 18A
