Is it worth upgrading my MSI GTX560Ti 2GB TwinFrozr yet? I am tempted to buy myself a larger monitor and want MOAR performance, however I'm not sure if upgrading is worth it yet?

Would a 2GB GTX670 be a worthwhile upgrade? I can't justify spending more than £300 really.
 
I went from a 1GB 560TI to a 680 and loved the increase. The reason I upgraded was because of VRAM and BF3. 1GB isn't enough to have full settings but as you have the 2GB version, it can hold its own.

Having seen how the latest games like Far Cry 3 and Crysis 3 can bring both my cards to their knees with ultra settings, I would be inclined to wait and see what the next line of GPU's bring. If like me you have no patience, I would look at the 670 or even a 7950, as the 7950 is quicker in most games.
