Does anyone recommend me a graphics card which i wont have to upgrade for a few years and that can handle coming games on ultra settings ( like bf3 )

If you are going for a 120Hz monitor, then I wouldn't suggest the BenQ. There seem to be quite a few issues with it. Instead, I would suggest something like the LG W2363D-PF.

Do you know if OCUK have it i cant seem to find it :/

OCUK also stocks this Samsung, but it is very expensive.

wow that samsung looks amazing but like you said it is a bit too pricey

does some recommend a different cooler as OCUK will not have it soon enough .. not much more expensive but cheaper is good (as long as it can cool the 2500k overclocked)

Edit: For the Samsung monitor, it probably isn't ideal coupled with a graphics card that doesn't have a displayport output (since the monitor only has HDMI and displayport connections, and HDMI doesn't have the bandwidth to support a 1080p@120Hz image). Instead, I would suggest using one (or two) of the AMD HD 6900 series cards or switching the monitor choice back to one which does 120Hz over dual-link DVI.

i assume you have a SATA DVD drive that your nicking from somewhere else

Its got the same issue - it only has DVI and HDMI outputs - no displayport. So you wouldn't be getting the best out of the monitor, since you would be limited to the lower bandwidth HDMI connection. This thread has more info.

If you really want to go for that monitor then I would strongly suggest an AMD HD 6970 or HD 6950 2GB (perhaps two in crossfire).
