Graphics card

Hi all,

I bought a computer from OC back in august 2014.
I'm just wondering if my graphics card will handle Fallout 4?

I'm terrible with graphics cards and what the comparisons are, thought I'd come to the experts.

If not what would be a suitable upgrade for it? Taking into consideration of the size of my case! :rolleyes:

Should be fine at medium/low settings assuming 1080p

A sensible upgrade that won't break the bank would be a GTX960 or R9 380 with 4gb VRAM
