Graphics card

Hi here's the screenshots the 1st one is when 1st booted up 2nd is after a few hours on low settings

you really need to keep gpuZ running in the background while playing to get an accurate result. If you opened gpu-z after closing the game then it would have quickly cooled down to normal temps again. run gpu-z and alt-tab to switch to gpu-z while game is running and then see what gpu-z shows.
 
nothing wrong with that looks normal fan is spinning. Now on the main GPU-Z tab look on the right of the window for the "?" press this then start the test. Should open a new window with a red moving picture. Now go back to the sensor screen and leave it for about a minute then screenshot it. GPU Load should be showing >90%

Hmm big magenta squares i wonder if the vram is going on it. Have u tried a few stress tests see if any pass ok?

You could maybe try underclocking the ram a bit or if not then the core see if that stablizes it a bit?

Thanks for your input but ram stress tests and ram underclocking are a bit beyond me i think a repair shop will have to be my next move, thanks guys i really appreciate everyone's input
