I had two specific issues. Firstly my display would "refresh", go blank then it would say Display driver has stopped working and has recovered. I found out that i had to use older drivers from the GPU website which resolved the issue

The second issue got resolved somehow but now it cam back. I get green "fragments" or artifacts on the screen when i minimize, close, scroll or move a window around. I have done a complete clean install of the drivers using Drive Sweep but the latter issue still persists. I reinstalled the GPU months ago and that didn't resolve it. What do i do? Thanks

Specs - Asus P5Q Pro Turbo / Intel Quad Q6600 1.35V / Asus 460 / 8GB OCZ Reaper / Quattro 850

Can you post a picture of the artifact? sounds like faulty ram on gpu perhaps?

You could try dropping the clocks on the gpu ram by a few mhz and see if that fixes it?

Hi, ironically i beleive this issues started at the begining of the summer when i installed GPU tweak or something from the Asus website in an attempt to increase the fan speed

What program would you reccomend to reduce the clock?

Also is there a program to test the RAM on the GPU itself?

Thanks

Forgot to mention that these artifacts sometimes occur when watching videos in VLC and you tube

Also they SEEM to only occur on my monitor and not my TV
