Graphics problem

GPUs can survive that temperature but VRAM can't (<70C really).
Pretty confident this is an overheating issue.
Once overheated the damage can be permanent.
You need to get the temperature down. Get out the canned air duster. Check fans work. Point another fan at the card if you can. Reduce voltage/overclock. See if it improves.
 
Already cleaned the fans out with compressed air. There's an intake on the front, exhaust fan on roof and top back and the cpu fan exhausts out of a side panel which has slits on it to exhaust through.

I'd be tempted to take the heatsink off the 660 and put on some fresh TIM, i cant see that card getting up to 90c unless its not cooling properly or you had taped up all the holes on your case!
