Graphics Problems on 360

My 360 continually keeps flickering and then making the image mostly red. Its happened a lot today while playing Marvel: UA. I have seen it happen once or twice before but as it wasn't constantly doing it I thought nothing of it...now it is and I don't know if it is my game or my console that is causing it.

An suggestions?

Just got home and turned it on, updated with the update and mines doing the same as yours.

Screen keeps going off and on again (the TV alright its the 360) the pixcels seem to the changing colours aswell !
 
I'd suggest pulling out the video cable and spray some compressed air down the end of the cable and into the port as a first thing to try, could be a bad contact somewhere and dust, hair, bits of card from the packaging etc. can all be the cause.
 
Fixed lol

Unplugged VGA cable and plugged back in.

I thought it was the update that caused it, seeing as it happening straight after

It's probably cat hair from the cat sleeping behind the tv :p.
