Grating HDD ?

As title says my hdd us making a loud Grating noise while loading .. anyone else get this?, It happens only sometimes but it's bloody annoying mines a WD Black cav 1Tb any ideas before i take it out and throw it at the wall ? it's about 8 months old.:mad:
 
IT's in the coolmaster 330 elite just using the normal plastic twist connections srsly considering using screws instead since it's driving me nutz ><
 
i removed all the plastic drive holders not in use and screwed the hdd in firm to the case seems to be quite now :) Thanks for the quick advice i were about to buy a SSD my husband were about to pass out when i said i need £350 lol thanks rpstewart <3.
