Fine for what they are - small snack box, that you can enjoy without pigging out. yeah you can do it for cheaper if you make them up yourself but like anything it's postage to your door and convenience your paying for.

They are paying that much for "quality".

The difference here is your paying for convenience. You can get a jar of nescafe for £1 in poundland but it's not the same thing.

Whereas the stuff you buy in a supermarket is likely to be the same quality or thereabouts of a grazebox for far cheaper.

Indeed - especially starbucks!

Grazebox is a clever idea, but very expensive for what it is. However, the convenience of which is what you effectively pay for.

It is a lot cheaper to pop to the shops and buy some dried fruit and some nuts - and in most cases more convenient too!

I suppose you wouldn't get the variety either if you got things from a supermarket.

For example, my last box contained:
Salsa Fresca
Green Olives with Basil & Garlic
Apple & Cinnamon Flapjacks
Mumbai Masala

It would take a lot of effort to do all those for 4/5 days

But like you say, 'tis convenience.

Salsa Fresca is basically chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber and chopped onion thrown together with some dried herbs/basil.

Olives and Garlic can be bought from any supermarket too in the section where they sell cold meats, etc usually in tubs.

Flapjacks are also sold in asda really cheap like 44 pieces for £3 iirc near the cookies and pastries (i was there yesterday). Throw some cinnamon and apple jam on them and there you go.

I don't know what mumbai masala is but bombay mix is sold in supermarkets for like a couple of quid for a bag that should last you a week or two eating a small amount every day.

There's nothing there that couldn't of been replicated very easily tbh and for much cheaper.

I'm not against grazebox I actually think it's very clever marketing and a good system - but it is expensive.

No, full of sugar and overly refined white flours - keep clear. If you want biscuits get some organic oat cakes - at least then you can but some peanut butter on them or something sweet if you prefer.
