hmm agree, at the time of release imo it was the best game i have ever played for everything, gameplay, graphics and story were all top notch. graphics is slightly dated now but i just played it 6 months ago and tbh it hardly is noticable, but the gampleay and stroy are still just a great so op you should get this game. there was also some amazing mods for it though i never really fully tried them but some of the stuff they added was really quite amazing.
 
Another vote for Planescape: Torment here.

Although the gfx are very dated now, don't let that deter you from playing one of the best RPGs in existence.

Imaginative, great story, beautifully written dialogue, etc. Prob my fave game ever:)

Fable: The Lost Chapters

very under-rated game imo. Can't understand why more fuss wasn't made over it. I must have mulled over the choice at the end for 10-15 mins.....
