Green Guinness

Heard about Guinness Red, nothing about this. Sounds like a wind up unless they are going to dye the Liffey green again :p

Guiness is red anyway! next time you have a pint hold it up to the light and you will see it is in actual fact a "deep ruby red"

The truth hurts lol :p

How the hell do they plan on making it green though  they will have to bleach it etc to get the dark (red) colours out first!

Mmmmmm Guinness...

I'll be intruiged how they will get it green. Not so sure about the green froth it would have either.

Nope no green, they releasing a red, The malt is just roasted less. Should give a maltier less heavy flavour, can't wait to try it.

Ive had green guiness before courtesy of my local doing a stupid St Patrik's day type thing.

Lots of food colouring in it i assumed? So they brew this stuff green sometimes aswell ?? or am i looking like a complete tool :p

Looking like a tool, no colourings in guiness, the colour is from the roasted malt. Its actually one of the better beers for you, with its huge iron supply and low added chemicals.

imagine what it looks like on the way out

12 pints of Gillespies, same viscosity on the way out as on the way in. Always carry a toilet roll when on geology field trips is my advice.
