Thinking of buying an OcUK Ultima Edge Core i7 when the configuration page is fixed.

Good spec? Mainly for games (Crysis + L4D now, HL2: E3 etc in the future).

Has to provide enough oomph to run games at 1920x1200.

I woudl agree with the 920 to be honest.... dont bother with the SSD though, I dont think that you would notice the difference and they are very expensive at the moment... also wouldnt go with a Raptor...

Awesome. What reasons are there for not getting a raptor? I thought they used to be the dogs danglers? What would you suggest as an alternative?

I have two and believe me you dont notice the difference in speed between them and a normal HDD, with or without them being RAID'd... spend the money on a bigger GPU (4870x2) or a 1Tb HDD
