I started drinking Green Tea in January and seldom drink anything else hot these days.

The best I've found is Yogi Tea Green Energy, it tastes lovely and contains Guarana which is said to give an energy boost. Only thing is it's £2 for 15 bags so I tend to limit to one or two a day.

Normally I just drink Tetley Green Tea with Lemon which you can get in 50 packs from supermarkets. Jacksons of Piccadilly Sencha Green Tea with Lemon is also very nice, but they only seem to have it in Sainsburys round here.

Green tea does contain caffiene, but nothing like as much as ordinary tea or coffee.

Plain green tea is a bit bland for me.

thats good :) I will get the teaier and I may even get one of those double walled glass cups :D are the differnces in taste suttle or can you really tell the difference?

You can really tell the differences with some of them. Follow the infuse guide on their site though, there's a little video.

I got the tea explorer but with all types of tea, green, black, oolong, yellow and white. :D

Try Postcard Teas.

Superb shop in a nice part of london with really really friendly staff who can recommend you green teas and you can try them in store.

I buy 150g at a time in there: it's not too pricey and the tea is amazing.

At the moment I'm hooked on a Korean green tea called Nokcha.

I think all teas are full of antitoxins but I'm not sure. I know oolong tea is suppose to be good for weight loss though. I just like it for the taste.
