Greenhouses

So i'm looking at building a greenhouse in the backgarden. Whats the current thoughts on plastic vs glass and who is the best make to go for? I'm thinking something not too big, maybe 4 x 6 foot.

I'd be interested in this too, from the research i did i'm leaning towards plastic for a few reasons. Child safety for one and they say it gives a more diffuse light so plants don't burn, downsides are it seems the panels pop out more easily in high winds but not sure how much of an issue that really is.

Based on recommendation from my dad who's very keen and experienced gardener I'd suggest rhino greenhouses - he has 2 of them.

Expensive but extremely well made and uses reinforced glass, handles high winds without problem.

I'm still toying with the idea of putting one up in my back garden but need to clear some space and prep a base.

having just bought and moved in to a new house, where the previous owner loved growing things, they left 2 greenhouses for us, one glass and one plastic. with the high winds we had the other day, the plastic one had 3 panels blow out and not a scratch on the glass one
