Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [16th - 22nd April 2021]

This ref is absolutely abysmal, one scenario he lets advantage carry on too long then the other he doesn't give the advantage.

Penalty surely?

Ah...sorry about that gents.

It does kind of put things into perspective though. If we wasn't so terrible against West Brom and the refs did their job against Sheffield United and we never dropped stupid points in the final kick of the game against Everton the title race would have been very interesting as we would have 7 more points.

Realistically for United now City need to lose two and draw two for us to be crowned champions which is just impossible.

You say that but it's happened to us in a good 4 games dropping 8 points. We'd have to do the same to city to really see what an impact it would have had.

That was a very easy red for the ref to give. It wasn't intentional but he came in very high and with a lot of speed. That could easily have been a nasty injury. Thats exactly the sort of tackle that should be getting a red. Not the one where the player catches an ankle at an awkward angle through bad luck. Just a really stupid attempt at a tackle.

The two yellows for the AV player was just silly as well. Easy 2 yellows to give.

AV without Grealish are half the team they are with him in there.
