I've said it before, but why do goalkeepers think they can play football?

No, you're a goalie precisely because you CAN'T play football, otherwise you'd be an outfield player.

Stick to the handball.
 
It’s even worse in the Championship it’s hilariously bad watching the keepers try and play football. No mate, just hoof it.

That may have been the case before but I’d argue you need a keeper who can play if you want to win the league in the current era.

Helps having a one who can play and save penalties like that :cool:
 
Very good performance from us and showed the gulf in class between us and Chelsea. I'd have hoped it wouldn't have come so soon but we saw today why we might not bother with another CB - Fabinho's better there than any 4th choice CB we could sign and I'd certainy rather rely on him and have an extra world class midfielder than be a midfielder down and have an average CB.

I feel harsh picking on him all the time but I genuinely think we could find a better keeper on here than Kepa. I've no idea how any big side can end up with a keeper as bad as him (and he's 10x worse than the worst keepers Liverpool, Utd, Arsenal etc have had in the past 20 years) but for them to pay a world record fee for him?!?!
