Almost none of it is his fault. All the blame goes to those that went before him. You only have to google the signings under the current owner to see how absolutely awful Everton have been run. Everton have had money and absolutely wasted it. Now they can't spend their way out of this due to over spending. None of that is Franks fault, other than he's been conned.
This is the worst any team has been run since Leeds. I'm pleased for Moyes, I don't want him to get the sack and I absolutely detest Everton. They will get what they deserve, a half finished stadium in the championship. I don't drink anymore but will toast the final result that sends the god awful ownership to a financial disaster when they go down. I genuinely wouldn't give a **** anymore if they went out of business.

To be fair agreed it's not Franks fault but when do the owners ever fall on their sword? It'll be the manager who carries the can right or wrong.
Baffling way to run a club though, just avoided relegation last season due mainly to Richarlison who they then sell and don't replace! Ancelotti seems to the only manager who ever got a tune out of DCL.

Well yeah, but only because that was his only run of fitness at the club. He's a broken bust. They sold Richardson and didn't replace him because they are broke. Broke in the sense that even if Elon Musk bought them they couldn't spend any money because the books are in such an awful place due to FFP. It's laughable, years of Moyes buying Tim Cahill for 1m or Coleman for 20p wishing they had money. Then they get money and it's:
