Tbf, slabhead is good as berating his team mates, but he does it when he's the one who messed up. Probably why no-one wants to play for him as captain.

Middle of the pitch is still a mess for us. No control and we don't know what we are doing when we get the ball and need to make fast decisions. Its all hurried and low percentage.

Running and bit of skill occasionally but his end product is severely lacking and hes very lightweight.
Rashford seems to have gone back to walking around. He reminds me of Ronaldo. Only wants to work when he thinks there is something in it for him personally. Who cares if the team scores if I don't.

We just aren't clicking as a team on any level yet. There is little understanding between the players.
I'm not sure he's well suited to any specific roles. He's just average at everything. Doesn't belong at this level.

Unfortunately he hides whenever there is the potential for being under pressure receiving the ball and only likes to stick his head above the parapet when he can fight for a ball. Doesn't offer nearly enough in the role he is in when we have the ball and need outlets or options.
I think the criticism the team the team has been getting for the past year plus has made a lot of our players super risk averse and nervous.
We have been pretty awful. It's an obvious sub but I don't see it transforming the game. I can't see this Bruno / Eriksen axis. I still maintain Fernandes is a problem in this team. His positional discipline and ball retention is awful. Eriksen is neutered playing along side McSauce. Pretty poor.

I think he's fine as a squad box to box player. But starting him as the deepest midfielder has just never worked.

Southampton are always well organized. It hasn't been pretty but we look to be in control.
