It did its just that the goal was disallowed after the fact.

The ones against Brentford weren't. Or Brighton.

So what was the difference to this and the Fulham goal against Liverpool, thought Hendo getting taken out was too far back even though this was in exact same place.

Nothing and this is the issue with var for subjective decisions. One day a foul is a foul, the next it's a foul but not big enough of a foul to overturn.
