The FA wrote to Harvey Elliot just for holding a red smoke flare. What do you think they'll want to do about someone throwing one forcibly into the stands at fans?
It isnt even worth debating because there isnt a debate there. He's lobbed a lit flare/smoke bomb...whatever into the crowd.

i Would understand if it was chucked in the away end.
I don't the FA will see it like that. People need to chill out with throwing them on the pitch aswell...We dont want massive searches going on. I quite like them tbh lol.
