I actually think Egypt not qualifying for the World Cup had a worse effect on him mentally. The biggest players in the World need to be on the biggest stage in the World, so not being able to be at the World Cup must have been a massive thing for him.

Honestly that is an incredible performance given the circumstances. Some silly finishing made it look close but it there wasn't a single period of sustained Newcastle pressure

Thought that was an outstanding performance against a much improved Newcastle side, created a boat load of chances and barely gave them a sniff on goal. Winning's all that matters now but we're flying atm.

Klopp and the midfield three proved me wrong again, Milner and Keita were both excellent and Gomez was outstanding.
