Handball will never be anything other than controversial. You can’t make a fair rule that doesn’t still rely on an aspect of interpretation from the ref. What is a natural position, how close is too close to move your arm, if the ball is going in and hits an arm in a natural position it should still be a penalty. They are just making it different, not better.

Yet they give a hand ball outside the penalty area later in the game that was closer. One rule inside, one rule outside. It’s a joke.
