Maguire and Lindelof has never worked and we are also seeing the defensive weakness of Telles. I'm not a huge Shaw fan but I think he might have stopped one of those goals.

Elanga shouldn't be giving away possession there, but lots of mistakes leading to the goal. Lindelof had to make sure he won that ball when he stepped up, if not he was better off defending the space.

Pogba has had such a poor game. You'd think he would at least use the platform to market himself to a new club but no, he's just jogged about, given the ball away and looked about 50% committed. Very disappointing.

In general I don't think we've played that badly, we've looked alright going forward and have definitely pushed up the pitch although I'm not sure we can sustain that based on what we've seen since Rangnick arrived.

Some absolutely awful individual mistakes though, especially defensively.

Same old story. Some good attacking play, individual class....but one of the worst CB pairings in the prem.
