I've said it for years, he's up there with the worst defenders I've ever seen play for us and now we've lost the legs in midfield he's getting exposed badly.

He's a ridiculously talented footballer and Klopp needs to find a position or formation that gets the best out of his passing and vision but by continuing down this path, he's hanging him out to dry and ruining what little chance he had of making the WC.

When there is no competition. Players get stale. You always need to buy when you are at the top. Liverpool haven't (Which isn't their fault as they are not owned by a country) or they have to take big risks by selling Mane and bringing in Nunez which is turning into a Andy Carroll MK2.

Hopefully this is a sign as when Liverpool turn into turd United become good. We are never both good together!

LOL it's true. I said it here. Told people here that even saka is a better full back (where saka started his trade in the senior team) than trent and that's why he wasn't picked in the euros
