I've turned the footy off, this season has been rubbish to watch anyway. VAR has just killed it off completely. Don't know why I even bother. RIP football.

This is 100% exactly why they should put the VAR guy on camera live and have them explain to the camera how they reached their decision. Annoys me no end that there is no public accountability or explanation for dodgy decisions.

Just stop drawing lines. If you have to it's too close. The idea that you then rule it out despite it looking onside when you can't even see the ball is just baffling.

WTF is Souness on about? He didn't swipe at that, he scooped it in to the top of the net to get it over the keeper. Was a great finish.

That's the thing, there's absolutely no explanation. It seems as though even ex footballers and pundits who have been in the game for decades can't understand some of the decisions, so I've no idea how fans are expected to.
