I suppose if we score first it could make it interesting for them but I think what will happen it’s they’ll be up 2-0 in the first 20 mins and then our game will then become lacklustre as the players motivation/mood will naturally drop. They we’ll have an awkward ending as I think 99% of us are really pleased with the progress the team has made regardless but it’ll be hard to celebrate that too enthusiastically having just finished up short.
At this point based off the available evidence of the last 7 years you either need a 99+ point season, or for them not to have Pep in charge, otherwise it’ll be 5 in a row this time next year.
