Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [14th - 19th February 2025]

Injuries excuse things somewhat, but we've hardly been great regardless of the players out there.

Spurs have the same issues too really.

This is the open heart surgery Rangnick spoke about.

I agree, but it's looking very wobbly at present. Amorim could lose the players before this gets any better, and then he's got real problems.

Hopefully this half will be better!

Why do I keep wasting 2-4 hours of my life every week for this rubbish.

i said when amorim joined he was out of his depth in the prem and i dont see anything to change that viewpoint utd are regressing even more under him

The number of times the flag goes up early for us when he's not clearly offside is nuts.

I don’t understand it. They let one’s that are 1-2m clearly off go and then give stuff like that. That’s clearly an error because he shouldn’t be giving that with such a small margin so you have to assume he had no idea where the furthest back Spurs player was.

We’re creating but as usual our finishing is trash.

Big improvement in these last 10 minutes. We've remembered Spurs are crap (too).

Really, have you ever watched us at Anfield? If we were playing you at SJP, absolutely we would give you a game, but much like the city game we will crumble.
Come to think of it, you're quite right actually, will be an easy win for us, Newcastle are hopeless against us at home, easy win, if we dont beat Newcastle by at least 3 goals I'll be very surprised, men vs boys
