Been quite a while since 40 points was needed to keep a team up! I don't think we will ever see those days again tbh.
Even if Leicester and Ipswich won all of their remaining 9 games (which they can't as they have to play each other), after only wining 7 between them after 3/4s of the season gone then it puts them on 38 points.

Ha, I'm in a bit of an emotional mess this morning, not thinking straight. Point remains that neither of the sides will get near 40 points. They'll likely not even get to 30.
