Considering eyes on them it would be very hard to keep it under wraps if they knew of there punishment already regardless of what club it is.

I don’t buy the players know so downing tools so to speak either.

I think Amorim decided pretty quickly he's a distraction and won't do the team much good, his heart just isn't in it. Plus, there's no ideal position for him in the new system anyway.

I suspect the club will be actively looking to move him on, even if that means paying some of his wages, which it likely will do. Short term financial pain for long-term gain I suppose.
 
I hope Zirkzee pushes himself a little this game. He’s got a sort of ambling or sluggish quality about him that doesn’t fill me with confidence.
 
We've been ok so far but there's too much passing around at the back, Maguire and Martinez don't look comfortable...

Bournemouth have a well drilled press. What's apparent to me is that the wing back position is a massive issue for us. Only Amad has looked like he can play that role. Malacia and Dalot just aren't technically good enough nevermind having the football intelligence. Fernandes is ending up isolated on that left side which he won't like. Expect him to wander soon.

Malacia looks way out of his depth, positionally, and he's given the ball away a few times. Kerkez would slot in nicely there!

Zirkzee refuses to jump for some reason after Malacia gives away a freekick. Sigh
Hard to see how Zirkzee fits in this system - what is he good at?
