Yep, the classic 'have an opposition player stand deep offside behind your Champion's League keeper, then run back into position as the kick is taken' mega ploy.

It was that in combination with the player who ran early across the front nowhere near the delivery but drifted focus of the defence and keeper.

I thought it was a clever in combination with flight of the ball. They practice this stuff. It worked.

Yeah, you’re right. Evans who won 3 league titles and a cl and a bunch of cups wouldn’t get into a fergie team.

Maybe my expectations have stopped but I’d say other than the score it’s been even.
