I don’t think Jones will get past the level he is at for us at all.

He can be really good then just be avg at best

Our whole midfield is being bossed at the moment. It's unfortunate that Dom's out, we really need his energy. Jones is fantastic around the box, but we're losing the battle further back than that at the moment

Bradley on at HT please, Trent’s playing like a player that doesn’t care about the game. Can excuse the lack of ability in defence but not the lack of effort and it happens too much.

United are a competent striker away from at least a 2-0 lead.

Anyway - much better from United. Frustrated the opposition and arguably created better chances. I'll take that. Might be tempted to swap Hojlund for Garnacho in the second half. Our No.9 display has not been at the level required.

Outstanding first half, all things considered. The defence and midfield have really stepped up and dominated a lot of the game. The formation seems to be working too.

I hate to say it, but I think this might be a game for Nunez. His runs create space, we just then have to hope that the ball ends up with someone else to finish!

He's very much this teams Gini, the metronome thst keeps it ticking over, as with Gini he's not really rated and gets the same sort of stick
