You csn see why celtic were utterly shocking in Europe under him. His tactics work in a league like scotland because the teams are terrible but as soon as the opposition is a different level they are exposed. Unless he adapts he won't last long.
He’s got a bit of a grace period while there are so many injuries at the moment. If the results are like this Feb to May then yes fans will be more disgruntled.

Surely he has plenty of grace. Spurs lost their best player in the summer and the team is challenging for top 6 at best realistically.

Probably not as you can see what he is trying to achieve and the tactics behind it. He has also improved players in his short time, not destroyed players' confidence.
