Thought we were pretty good in that first half. We need to start punishing sides more though because currently teams feel too free to attack us without consequence. When teams are petrified of your attack they don't take those risks and games are much easier to manage.

Poor players are probably reliving the Arsenal game every time there is a corner or set piece though.

They all seem to be waiting for someone else to do something when defending corners. On the free kick that we nearly conceded from there were two on one player at the back meaning that there was a Forrest player free and he ended up getting the ball! Definitely poor coaching surely.

I think it was ok.
Forest not too ambitious but we aren't played through the same way we were regularly under ten Hag. I'm liking Ugarte more each game. He's becoming our best midfielder and he passes better than I was led to believe. Mainoo is rusty but he often drifts in games which has to be improved.
Weaknesses are Dalot at WB - I just don't think he's near the level of Amad - in fact that whole left side is a problem to be resolved. Would like to see the contrast of Mazraoui in that position for a bit of the second half. Nice that Hojlund got a tap in, he's not had many scrappy goals like that. Apparently he's in the bottom 1% of strikers in the top 5 Euro leagues for shots and touches in the box but in the top 1% for conversions.
Need to push on and get the win.

Yeah, we need to sort out our defending at set pieces but I don't know why anyone would expect everything to be fixed at once or that other things might get a bit worse as things are worked on. As he said, it could be a bit messy before it all comes together. If you want to do something drastically different you can't expect the better pieces of the previous puzzle to miraculously remain as you shuffle everything around.

He’s already said as well that they can barely train due to the frequency of the games, so it will take until well after Christmas to really get going. We have to be patient.

Not sure who said it would all be fixed at once.

Although surely it won't take years for Bruno to be able to take a corner kick?
