Yeah, he's been terrible, that cross which set up a great chance was terrible, his pass for Anderson was terrible, keeping the ball and finding a team mate is terrible, etc, etc.
You do know that 99% of managers who play a right footed player on the left do so with the specific intention of them cutting in and shooting/crossing with their right. He also provides better crosses with his right foot than left, you're actively asking him to do something he's less good at that will result in less chances. You're also blaming him for the manager playing him on the left and likely asking him to play exactly as he is.
