Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [10th - 13th March 2012]

They have enough players to rotate as well. I think the idea with the set up was to help control midfield better, but it was so ineffectual he's given up and taking a gamble with a more attacking play. It seems to be working a little as they've put Swansea on the back foot in the last 10mins and more of the play has been in their half. They're still passing too slowly though and none of the players look like they want to run at people - just keep looking for a pass all the time.

They've been like that all season though, City play far too defensively away from home.

It's been better going forward from us today, has been some nice passing and Rooney Welbeck dropping in and picking up a pass is working well.

Just a shame we can't quite get the final ball together and get some more goals. Hopefully we don't sit back in the second half and step off the gas.

Hopefully they'll kick on now and get a few more. Nothing like a comfortable afternoon at Old Trafford. Can see City nicking it late though against Swansea. That missed penalty is massive.

It was a frustrating half, you can see why they'd be moaning at each other. They're playing better since the second half kicked off, looking a bit more likely to nick a goal.
