Goes without saying our game is huge, not overly happy about the choice of ref (andre mariner who got the game two years ago and was awful) but a huge boost for us that Vidic played for Serbia last night (wasn't expecting him to be available)

What I suspect will happen;

1- Liverpool once again play like it's their cup final
2- Carragher once again some how avoids being sent off
3- We fail to turn up yet again

What I hope will happen;

1- Rafael makes an unexpected return and goes in two footed on Suarez in the first minute (no injury occurs or anything like that before somebody gets all uppity at me)
2- Carragher is sent off for tackling Nani when he's last man, replays show that Nani dives and was off-side
3- In the 96th minute Phil Jones goes on a lambasting run beating all remaining 9 outfield Liverpool players before netting the winner in front of the kop showing them what they could have had
4- All of the above causes Dalglish and Baz's heads to explode, Alpherah points to a conspiracy against Liverpool

Team I'd like to see us line up with would be;

Subs: Lindegaard, Evans, Cleverley, Giggs, Park, Berbatov, Hernandez

Fletcher has to play, he hasn't played at Anfield since the game when Smith broke his leg and has been severely missed the last 3 times we've gone there and had our midfield overrun
 
I'm worried about Saturday, Tom's not predicting an easy win for Utd :p

I can't recall Marriner getting much wrong 2 years ago, other than not sending Vidic off a lot earlier of course.

This, apart from the Bolton game Chicharito hasn't got going this season (understandable due to the lack of pre-season) whereas Welbeck is in good goal scoring form and tends to pressure opposition defence more than Hernandez does (which we'll need to do stop our midfield being run over again albeit it shouldn't be as static has it was last season)
 
Thank goodness internationals are over and we only suffered the one injury whilst the others got in good form.

Should turn over Villa but they are a good team under McLeish. Their only threat is pace but our defence has got to be the fastest defence in the prem i think so we won't struggle i don't think.

Dunne, Ireland (if he plays) and Given to have blinders.
 
Biz what's the deal with Balotelli and Aguero? Was going to put the former in my FF team to replace the latter but the site says Balotelli has hurt his back?
 
Tom84 it will be like this
1. Vidic turns up and Suarez becomes a new Torres to him earning him a red card and or a pen which SG will score.
2. Young to finally get a bad game and he is anonymous hence making your entire team go missing.
3. 5 goals to be scored but the game will not end in a draw Liverpool to win it 3-2 with man u constantly coming from behind.
4. Finally Man U to lose points at the hand of us and the entire media saying we are again title contenders which will certainly not be true.
Carroll to score and become anonymous in the following games
