Deserved win but goalkeepers were the heroes on the day, could've been 4-2 :eek:

Stoke pretty solid in defence and a constant threat from set pieces. Think most teams outside of the top 6 will be far easier to break down.
 
Get in :D well done mignolet didn't fail when called upon for a major point. We should have scored allot more but a win is a win. Countinho our best player. Stoke dirty as always zonzi should have been off. That was sort of game we would draw usually so it's an improvement

He's got the exact same players and hasn't been there very long.

You can't expect him to get them into some form of passing when he's still got stone gollums for players.
 
Good game that, nice win for a change :) need to get a lb in quick, Enrique is such a braindead full back. Front 4 looked very good, plenty of movement and they can only get better with Suarez to come back and a new signing (hopefully).
 
I actually thought Stoke tried to play some decent football at times, yes they had the odd hoof out of defence but that was when they were pinned back on the 6 yard line.

The cheers from the Stoke fans when the keeper rolled it out was funny :D

Even Owen commented on how they were trying to play on the ground more.
 
Loved that from Mignolet after the second stop. Players all crowded around him overjoyed and he pointed straight to the corner and got back in to position. Showed he's got his head screwed on properly.

He's an awesome buy, he looked a bit dodgy at first but that's to be expected, I fear he will turn out to be an excellent purchase :/
