Think Madrid needed to win this game in the 1st half as their hell-for-leather approach isn't going to work for 90mins, they had chances but the finishing wasn't there, they'll be knackered with a load of time left to play.

Reckon if it wasn't for Messi, Jose would have the upper hand over them, but that guy... world beater/unstoppable/some other gushing praise.
 
Nice dive from Pepe. Sky commentators seems to have been told not to even acknowledge a dive this season. Terrible to be honest.
 
Thought I heard the monkey noises before but wasn't sure, definitely heard them then. That's ****ing disgusting!

It's a recurring theme within Spanish football, I seem to remember Kanoute being racially abused for Sevilla aswell. I'm not sure why it hasn't been stamped out, i'm almost certain over here clubs would be fined and those clubs would also ban those supporters for life.

Becuase they don't see it as a problem. They haven't got the mix which the UK has, they are a bit backward.
 
Barca have barely had the ball this half. Proof somewhat they if you don't let them have the ball and ball-watch they don't look quite as unbeatable, although Madrid's fitness is a couple of weeks ahead of Barcas.
