Did Pulis get a job somewhere yet, I can't remember. Seriously Liverpool could do a lot worse than getting Pulis in as assistant manager and taking over defensive duties. Liverpool are utterly dire defensively. Maybe not Pulis, but Liverpool need to get someone in.

Managers don't have to be coaches, nothing stopping them doing it. In any company in any industry a manager can be as hands on as they want, ultimately they are responsible and getting the right person in for the right job more important than doing it yourself. Rodgers is a joke.
