If the games finish as they are Southampton will be a solid and unpassable 3rd after 8 games which is fantastic for them, playing good football, scoring well, looking good. Arsenal if they draw and Chelsea win will move to 11 points off the top after only 8 games.... 
If Utd win on Monday we'd be looking at a 3 point gap to 4th already, a 5 point as it stands gap to Southampton in 3rd.
Though as I say that it looks like Chelsea get a red card...
