Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [20th - 24th November 2015]

not that i'm in anyway trying to defend the dispicable act nor is it known if it was carried out by a spurs fan but it seems its the result of west ham fans storming the bricklayers pub

So why mention it? Also who the hell carries a knife with them ? Assuming it wasn't a cutlery knife from the pub.

Either way after what Wembley did on Tuesday and seeing the tributes I maybe naively thought "fans" had finally grown up:(

Coquelin out for 2 months, well done Wenger. Don't replace the clearly useless Arteta, awful last year, constantly injured. He's become completely pointless to Arsenal yet we keep him and don't bring in anyone to replace him even though it was obviously going to be a problem.

Wenger and injuries, over a decade of laughable injury record, ridiculously predictable injury problems, complete unwillingness to prepare a squad able to cope with injuries in key positions. We went 5 years with 2 half broken CBs and awful back up, then with fitter CBs and a half decent back up we've spent 5 years with broken CM/DM players and no back up.

Same crap every year, Wenger literally doesn't learn from the most basic and obvious things. Costs us every single year without fail.

Don't need to buy a midfielder Diaby/Ramsey/Wilshere will totally be fit soon then play the rest of the season...:rolleyes:

Wenger, you know why everyone said buy a DM in summer, it's because we all saw Coquelin as never having played much and Arteta/Flamini as hopeless back up, we all knew Wilshere wouldn't be back when you said he would and when he does come back it won't be long before he's injured again.

Literally everyone but Wenger can see it.

Good old Arsenal. Can always rely on them to crumble in one way or another :)

I have no idea why he couldn't predict us being light in DM and up top positions. if Giroud takes a knock or something, we literally have no one of worth to replace him with.
It really is unbelievable how this is a guarantee each year that the classics will have injuries of some amount of time, yet nothing is done year on year.

How Sunderland managed that win I don't know. Pardew and a weird thing for weird strikers. What happened with Murray, on fire last year with Zaha/Bolasie on the wings then they sell him and buy Wickham.... Sunderland's worst striker. Maybe it's a tactic, play the worst striker possible(like Ameobi) to drag the best out of your wingers, some weird motivating tactic. Ameobi, shocking he got so long and so many games at Newcastle then he signed him at Palace as well.

Anyway I've only just see the third Leicester goal against Newcastle, it's freaking hilarious. The a completely free header what, 2 yards from goal, easy to score and utterly fluffs his attempt at the header then the eventual header he scored from is pure comedy, brilliant stuff.

Goal of the season contender? :) The celebration was just as funny.
