Fairly even first half City do look far more likely to score though, their attack of Silva, Dzeko & Aguero is infinity better than Defoe, VDV, Bale & Lennon

Meh.

Defoe is garbage but so is Dzeko. Ideally you would have Silva, Aguero and Bale/VDV.

City look completely different from earlier this year, they just don't look anywhere near as creative, I would go far as using the words pedestrian and boring (runs for cover!)

Defoe doesn't function as a lone striker. No forward runs, no hold up play. He can't even pass atm. Pac for a wonder goal in the 90th!
