Greenlizard0 Weekend Football Thread ** spoilers ** [21st - 25th November 2014]

Didn't quite see what Yacob did to get a red card, Chelsea players didn't look happy though, kicked out at him?

City equalised, Chelsea's second was a quite scruffy corner, Everton take the lead through Lukaku.

Hmm, Yacob was two feet off the ground and quite dangerous but he wasn't massively out of control with it, he landed pretty safely without that much danger. It's a strange one for sure.

Yacob went in two footed with both feet off the ground. Clear red card.

Chelsea could get 5 or 6 today.

Arsenal: Szczesny, Chambers, Mertesacker, Monreal, Gibbs, Arteta, Ramsey, Sanchez, Wilshere, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Welbeck. Subs: Rosicky, Podolski, Giroud, Cazorla, Flamini, Martinez, Bellerin.

Man Utd: De Gea, Smalling, McNair, Blackett, Shaw, Carrick, Valencia, Fellaini, Rooney, Di Maria, van Persie. Subs: Mata, Januzaj, Lindegaard, Young, Ander Herrera, Fletcher, Wilson.

Great goal by Newcastle, patient play, smart passing, good turn and good finish in the end..... still weird :p

So City and Everton leading, that puts Newcastle up into fourth doesn't it?

What a run and pass from Eto'o. Pure class.

I can understand why Chelsea moved on as they were bringing in big name first team striker and needed a more long term thinking back up with Remy. I can't understand that Utd, Arsenal, Spurs, generally a bunch of teams who could offer Eto'o more money didn't all try and get him, bunch of idiots. Okay maybe some thought about getting him but obviously didn't offer very much and weren't that serious about it.

Always loved Eto'o, so many people see him as a finisher only but there is a reason he played for Barca, his movement and vision are way up there. I'm under the impression there is some kind of play a certain amount and trigger a year extension on the deal as well. Having Lukaku play alongside someone of his quality and train alongside him for a couple of years at his age will almost certainly help Lukaku. Great situation for Everton to be in.

I'd have loved to have him at Arsenal.
